The nature of our guidance
Guidance provided by Kamrul Advisory is religious guidance, grounded in the Qur'an, the Sunnah and the established tradition of Islamic scholarship. It is offered for religious and educational purposes.
It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. Where your matter has legal, financial, tax or medical dimensions, you should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional in that field.
No advisory relationship by enquiry
Submitting an enquiry, or booking a consultation, does not by itself create an ongoing advisory or professional relationship. Any guidance is given in response to the specific question you raise, on the basis of the information you provide.
Accuracy and outcomes
Guidance is given in good faith and to the best of our knowledge and ability. Islamic rulings can depend on the precise facts of a situation and on differences of scholarly view. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make.
Fees
The initial consultation is charged at the rate shown on this website. Written opinions, reports and larger engagements are quoted and agreed before any work begins.
Urgent and emergency matters
